Are you new to the University’s Staff Review and Development Plan (SRDP)? Annual performance reviews vary from one organization to the next. The forms may be different, but the goal is the same: Assessing what has happened during the previous time period and determining where you are heading. This program explains Penn State’s SRDP and helps you to navigate through the process. This program is designed for staff who are completing their first SRDP cycle.

This program is designed for full time staff employees who will be participating in the SRDP process for the first time.
