If you’ve been through the University’s Staff Review and Development Plan (SRDP)process at least once, then this program is for you. Join the conversation and gain tools that will help you navigate the performance review process with renewed energy. You’ll be given useful guidelines, exercises, and examples that you can use to set the stage for a successful review and to create a practical development plan for the year ahead.


  • Identify roles and responsibilities related to the Staff Review Development Plan (SRDP)
  • Summarize personal strengths, needs, accomplishments, interests, and goals
  • Prepare for the review meeting
  • Identify appropriate developmental activities

This program is designed for full time staff employees who have completed at least one SRDP cycle.
