Course Details

Participants in this two hour program will learn to set priorities, manage meetings, organize workspaces, and develop personal daily and weekly plans while identifying time wasters and time-use barriers.  Time management will be addressed in nine sections: basic time facts, gaining control of your time, planning your time, setting priorities, barriers to using your time effectively, space organization, delegation, meetings, and practical stuff.

This session is for anyone who wants to learn basic techniques to manage their time.
